8. EMPLOYER / CLIENT TERMS

8.1 Engagement of Services

By engaging GROW PEOPLE PARTNERS, the client agrees to:

  • Not discriminate unlawfully in the recruitment process

8.2 Fees and Payment

  • Recruitment and consulting fees will be agreed upon in a separate written agreement
  • The client agrees to pay all fees within the agreed payment terms
  • Late payments may be subject to interest, where applicable

8.3 Candidate Ownership

  • Candidates introduced by GROW PEOPLE PARTNERS remain our candidates for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction
  • Should the client employ or engage the candidate within this period, fees will be payable

8.4 Replacement and Guarantees

  • Any replacement guarantees will be subject to specific terms outlined in the service agreement
  • Guarantees may be void if:
    • The client alters the role significantly
    • The candidate is treated unfairly or outside agreed conditions

8.5 Confidentiality

Clients agree to:

  • Keep candidate information confidential
  • Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes
  • Not share candidate details with third parties without consent

9. RECRUITMENT DISCLAIMER

  • GROW PEOPLE PARTNERS acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers
  • We do not employ candidates directly unless explicitly stated
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Employment decisions made by clients
    • The conduct of candidates or clients after placement

10. POPIA AND DATA PROCESSING

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA):

  • Personal information will be processed lawfully and transparently
  • Data will only be used for recruitment and related purposes
  • Data subjects have the right to:
    • Access their personal information
