Businesswoman Addressing Multi-Cultural Office Staff Meeting

DRIVEN BY PASSION, SHAPED BY EXPERIENCE

Our CEO and Founder’s journey began with a deep passion for human capital management and a determination to master every aspect of the field. In 2010, while conducting research on disability in the workplace, she experienced a borderline mental disability herself—a turning point that launched a powerful journey of healing, resilience, and purpose. This personal experience not only reshaped her perspective but also ignited a lifelong commitment to advancing disability inclusion in talent acquisition and consulting. Today, with supportive legislation paving the way, she has made disability-focused consulting and recruitment a cornerstone of the business, ensuring a strong Corporate Social Investment (CSI) component that aligns social impact with sustainable business practice. This aims to address in some small way, the marginalisation of the disability community. Our dream is to play a role in creating a society where people with disabilities can thrive and achieve their full potential.

WHO WE ARE

Grow People Partners is a 100% black female owned and managed organisation, which provides Human Capital Consulting solutions to corporates, smaller businesses, government and state-owned entities.

The organisation consists of a small core team and a network of carefully selected associates and contract resources, which allows it to handle a diversity of projects and scale up when required.

As indicated, the CEO and Founder has a borderline disability and is passionate about the disability related solutions provided by the business as a result.

The organisation is built on exceeding our client’s expectations. Our focus has always been on quality services and working together to achieve a winning solution.

The rationale behind the creation of the company was two-fold – to align our client’s employees with their business and human capital objectives and to create disability inclusive, best practice work environments through the services that we offer.

At Grow People Partners we have a set of values that guide our internal conduct as well as our relationships. They are the foundation on which we perform and conduct ourselves.

Most importantly we believe that people matter and that everyone is important – we care about our clients, our employees, our applicants and our communities.

The organisation was established in 2016.

We have deep knowledge in all our service areas and being fortunate enough to have worked in best practice work environments, were implementing projects like our first disability solution as far back as 2001 – within a corporate environment. Since then, we have implemented a number of disability solutions while working in consulting environments. Each solution is crafted to suit the specific client and their unique needs.

The CEO and Founder is a highly experienced Human Capital Practitioner who has operated at senior management level in Human Capital structures in the corporate world. As a result, there is a good understanding of critical business drivers and how to align them with good people practices.

We provide services across the globe.
